BOONE, N.C. — Appalachian State University women's golf is set to play in the first annual Bill Berg Invitational hosted by Western Carolina on Sunday through Tuesday.

The 36-hole tournament will be played over three days with 18 holes being played each day. The tournament will take place at the The Ridges Country Club. The course is a par-72 and is 5,876 yard.

The Mountaineers will be a part of a 12-team field that includes: Western Carolina, UNCG, Wofford, Eastern Kentucky, Gardner-Webb, James Madison, Longwood, Marshall, Presbyterian, Radford and UNC Asheville.

Live scoring will be available for fans to follow at birdiefire.com.

Results and a recap will be available after all rounds of play have concluded.
