WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Appalachian State University field hockey fell 0-9 in a non conference match on Tuesday night to no. 15 ranked Wake Forest.

The Mountaineers would not find the net the entire match as the Deacons scored nine times with goals by Taylor Rhea, Molly Murphy, Anna Kozniuk, Lindsay Graham and Holly Brown.
