Karl Anderson didn’t get to travel to Montana four years ago, when Appalachian State last headed west to play in a now-storied series between FCS powerhouses.

And he wasn’t planning to go this time.

But Anderson will be in the starting lineup at inside linebacker when the Mountaineers take on the Grizzlies on Saturday night at raucous Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula.
