Indoor:

• Set a new personal best in the 800m race with a time of 1:57.41 at the Appalachian Indoor Open Split and placed second
• His only other indoor event was the same race at the High Point Panthers Team Challenge where he placed ninth with a time of 2:00.41

Outdoor:

• Set a new PR in the 800 with a time of 1:54.34 at the Charlotte Invite (eighth place)
• Best finish of the season came at the Wake Forest Open's 4x4 where the team placed third (3:16.08)
• Final top-10 finish was sixth place at the Raleigh Relays' 4x8 with a time of 7:47.64

2013-14

Indoor:

• Won the 800m race at the Appalachian Pre-Conference Indoor Meet with a time of 2:01.10
• Took second place in the 4x4 at the Liberty Quad with a time of 3:24.68
• Final top-five finish of the indoor season was third in the 800m race at the Mountaineer Open Indoor (2:03.02)
• Final top-10 finish was seventh in the 400m dash at the Liberty Quad where he was clocked at 51.98

Outdoor:

• Placed fifth in the Carolina Cup's 800 (1:57.08), ninth in the Liberty Collegiate Invite's 800 (1:58.90) and 10th in the Wake Forest Open's 4x4 (3:24.60)

2012-13

Indoor: 

• Finished fourth in the 400m at the Mountaineer Open
• Garnered a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay at the Appalachian Open

Outdoor:

• Recorded a personal best in the 400m hurdles at the Mountains vs. Beaches meet
• Was a part of a first-place finish on the 4x400 relay team at the Appalachian Open

High School

• Participated in both cross country and track
• Named all-conference for cross country two times
• Received the coaches award in his junior campaign for cross country
• Placed second in the 400m at both the conference and regional meet
• Finished fifth overall in the 400m at the state championships
• Named MVP for outdoor track
• Holds the school record for the 400m and the 4x400m relay
• Finished first in the DECA Accounting for North Carolina
