What to Watch For
• App State moved the ball very well in the win over Georgia Southern, assisting on 19 of 29 field goals. Appalachian is 10-4 when recording 10 or more assists. See if App can continue to move the ball against the Panthers.

• The Mountaineers shot 50 percent from trifecta hitting a season-high nine 3-pointers at Georgia State. Appalachian has averaged 7.5 trifectas over the past two games, including eight against Georgia Southern, which was a season best at home. Watch if the Apps can get it going from beyond the arc.

•  App State is dominating the glass over the past 13 games, outrebounding or tying its opponents on the boards in 12 contests. The Mountaineers are outscoring their foes an average of 14.5-8.5 in second-chance points. Anticipate on App keeping the trend going.

•  App notched nine steals and forced 18 Georgia Southern turnovers into 24 points. When forcing nine or more steals, the Apps have averaged 21.1 points off of turnovers per game. See if the Mountaineers can suffocate GSU into committing turnovers.

•  The Mountaineers are averaging 6.5 blocks per game over the previous two games, thanks to five blocks from Ashley Bassett-Smith. Watch if App can continue to send shots away from the basket.
