BOONE, N.C. — Due to inclement weather in the High Country, the schedule for Appalachian State University baseball's four-game weekend series versus Quinnipiac has been altered.

Instead of playing a single games on Friday and Sunday and a doubleheader on Saturday, Appalachian State and Quinnipiac will now play doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday's doubleheader will be played at L.P. Frans Stadium in Hickory (home of the class-A Hickory Crawdads) beginning at noon. Sunday's twinbill will be played at Appalachian State's Beaver Field at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium with start time TBA.

Tickets for both days can be purchased online at appstatesports.com/tickets, by phone at (828) 262-2079 or at the gate. Appalachian State season tickets and student IDs will be honored for Saturday's games in Hickory.

Sunday's games at Smith Stadium will be carried live on App State TV.
