AUSTIN, Texas – Appalachian State University men's basketball will look to rebound on Tuesday night in the heart of Texas as the Mountaineers will challenge the Texas Longhorns. Tipoff is slated for 8 p.m. EST.
The game will be aired on the Appalachian State IMG Sports Network and also shown on the Longhorn Network/WatchESPN.
App State will look to snap a three-game losing streak and also keep its high-octane offense flowing against Texas. Frank Eaves currently leads the Mountaineers and the Sun Belt Conference with 20.5 points per game.
With the help of Eaves, App State is averaging nearly 77.0 points per game over its last three games, while shooting 49.5 percent from the floor, 45.1 percent from three-point land and nearly 78.0 percent from the charity stripe.
