Former Mountaineers in the NFL: Week 14

Seven Appalachian State alumni are currently in the National Football League ranks. Here is a look at how the former Mountaineers fared in week 14.

• Detroit Lions third-year punter Sam Martin, punted seven times for an average of 41.0 yards per boot in Detroit's 21-14 loss vs. St. Louis. Martin had a long of 59 yards and downed two punts inside the Rams' 20-yard line.

• Houston Texans rookie offensive lineman Kendall Lamm made his first-career appearance on Sunday Night Football in Houston's 27-6 loss to the New England Patriots. Lamm saw action along the offensive front as a reserve.

• The San Francisco 49ers fourth-year running back Travaris Cadet caught two passes for 28 yards with a long of 16 yards in San Francisco's 24-10 loss to Cleveland. Cadet also rushed twice for six yards.

• San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Daniel Kilgore played in his second game of the season in San Francisco's 24-10 loss to Cleveland after returning from a serious led injury that sidelined him for the first 11 games of the year. 

 St. Louis Rams fourth-year wide receiver Brian Quick played in the Ram's 21-14 win over the Detriot Lions but did not record any receptions.

• Jacksonville Jaguars third-year cornerback Demetrius McCray was not active in Jacksonville's 51-16 rout of the Indianapolis Colts.

• Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Tony Washington was placed on the injured reserve list on Oct. 20. Before being placed on the IR, Washington had appeared in four games and had one rush for eight yards.
